1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ma77 Casino, a gaming platform operated under license #2024-PH-0158 issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") ("ma77," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the Services provided by ma77 Casino, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Philippine law strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from participating in online casino gaming. ma77 Casino employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Legal Capacity

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. 2.4 Prohibited Persons

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of Services offered by ma77 Casino, you must register for an account. You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

During the registration process, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ma77 Casino reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide and may request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ma77 Casino of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ma77 Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or allowing any other person to access or use your account.

3.4 Account Verification

ma77 Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account, or credit card images with middle digits obscured). Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your ma77 Casino account using the payment methods available on the Website, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank), and other methods as may be added from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts specified for each payment method. ma77 Casino does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ma77 Casino account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal or fraudulent activity. ma77 Casino reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds and may request documentation to verify the legitimacy of deposited funds. Deposits suspected to be associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and affected accounts will be immediately suspended.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. In cases where this is not technically feasible, ma77 Casino will work with you to identify an alternative withdrawal method. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of verification procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

ma77 Casino strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3-5 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfers are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals requiring additional verification.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits are determined based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Standard verified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000, a weekly limit of ₱200,000, and a monthly limit of ₱500,000. Higher limits are available for VIP members. ma77 Casino reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments and to adjust withdrawal limits at its sole discretion.

4.6 Dormant Account Fee

If your account remains inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, or gaming activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, ma77 Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account administration fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ma77 Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are provided with each bonus offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ma77 Casino reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies specifically designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the bonus offer. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by ma77 Casino are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are subject to independent testing and certification by recognized gaming laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified as fair. ma77 Casino does not and cannot influence or predict game outcomes.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the ma77 Casino platform has its own specific rules, payout structures, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. 6.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities or game errors, or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purposes. We maintain strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account, using nominees to open accounts on your behalf, or accessing accounts belonging to other players.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action. ma77 Casino reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by Player

8.2 Suspension or Termination by ma77

ma77 Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned at ma77's sole discretion, minus any applicable administration fees. Any amounts owed to ma77 Casino will be deducted from your account balance before any refund is processed. Your obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including obligations relating to intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ma77 Casino does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ma77 Casino's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ma77 Casino, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
